Complaints. Any complaint should be made to the above company address, by telephone, mail or email. We endeavour to respond to any complaint within five working days.

Terms and Conditions. A contract is formed at the time you place an order. All sales are governed by English Law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
All on-line card transactions are processed by NetBanx via a secure server, and authorised while on-line in the itforit shop. The transaction will be approved in just a few seconds, and you will receive a confirmation email, with the price and your NetBanx reference number. The download procedure will be stated after your card has been processed.
The currency of the transaction is in £ (UK Pounds Sterling). You should consider the exchange rate at the time of purchase.

Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (amended) each itinerary is guaranteed. If the sales description is inaccurate, or the itinerary is not of satisfactory quality, or it is not reasonably fit for the purpose stated, notification of any such fault must be notified by email within 7 days of receipt of the download of the itinerary.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (which is the UK law, following the European Directive 97/7/EC), you have the right to cancel your order by email within 7 working days, starting with the day after the date on which you receive the download. However, under new consultative guidance regarding the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the purchase of an 'ebook' is deemed to be a service. By purchasing such a service from itforit, you are accepting the loss of your right to cancel the order within the prescribed 7 days.
It is not the policy of itforit to be obstructive with any difficulty, and it is recommended that you should contact the company if any matter arises.
